Teenage Ramona has lived in a trailer park with her dad and pregnant sister ever since Hurricane Katrina forced them out of their home in MIssissippi. Over six feet tall and with blue hair, Ramona declared herself a lesbian when she was younger, but the reappearance of an old boyfriend, Freddie, who was once a competitive swimmer, creates an unexpected growing affection for him, making her wonder if perhaps she likes girls and guys or if this new attraction is just a fluke.
